During the current upheaval a lot of attention focuses on health and healing. Today we've passed 350,000 oatcakes baked!
Nova Scotia has declared a state of emergency and we are all in COVID-19 lockdown.
It's a great time to practice meditation and reflect, clean up the pantry and enjoy an oatcake retreat.
We're baking and self-isolating and still taking orders. It's amazing they just keep coming in!
All surfaces in the kitchen are cleaned with food grade hydrogen peroxide, and of course we are taking extra care with everything.
